At the Feeder - 3 points Track all of your food intake and try to get within 125 calories of your low-end goal

Turkey Trot - 3 points Use a workout video for 30+ minutes in your workout today. It can be one that you have or search SP/Online for a new one you haven't tried before.

At the Feeder - 3 points Make dinner an event! Use your good dishes, dine by candlelight, create a carpet picnic, have a themed menu, etc. Be creative!

Welcome to Turkeys ‘N Training! (TNT Challenge) The “turkeys” in the FSC just looked at the calendar and figured out that Thanksgiving is coming up and they are looking to survive this food fest holiday.

Starting Friday, November 1st, the TNT Challenge will begin.

Are you looking to lose weight despite the upcoming holidays? You can join this challenge at any time during the month. This will be a point-based bootcamp to help all you “turkeys” to trot right past that dinner table and to the scale where the numbers just keep on dropping!

Check this thread everyday for the opportunity to earn 10 points per day with the occasional bonus opportunity along the way. There are 3 levels of challenges to choose from based on your current fitness abilities:

The Poults – Beginner-level Turkeys. Currently averaging 15 minutes of fitness or less per day

The Gobblers – Intermediate-level Turkeys. Currently averaging 30 minutes of fitness or more per day

The Rafters – Expert-level Turkeys. Currently averaging 60 minutes of fitness or more per day

Each day a set of challenges will be posted for each of the three levels. Complete those challenges that day to earn the points assigned to each task. The categories for the challenges each day are:

In the Roost (2 points): There will be a "Roost" thread where everyone can post their weigh-ins and point totals as well as chat with the other turkeys.

Turkey Trot (3 points): These challenges will be fitness related challenges.

At the Feeder (3 points): These challenges will be nutrition related challenges.

Fowl Play (2 points): There will be a Fowl Play thread for these "just for fun" challenges.


Also watch out for the occasional Butterball Bonus challenges to pop up throughout the month.

When you sign up, decide if you will be participating at the Poults level, the Gobblers level or the Rafters level. If you would like, come up with your turkey name for some extra fun.

There will be surprise goodies awarded throughout the month. The more challenges you complete and the more points you rack up, the better your chances are for earning those surprise goodies.
