are you tracking? i think that's the only way to really tell what is going on with your sugar. you need to track everything from a head cold to a stressful day. what you eat. when u wake up, when u sleep, what exercise you get in. it all affects your #s.

:) When my husband and I were going through a rough patch in our relationship, I noticed my #s shot up really high even though i was eating healthy and exercising. tracking will help you figure these things out.

best of luck, you can do it and you will make it through the next 5 weeks, keep chatting and looking for support. we are all here to help eachother. emoticon emoticon

I am really struggling with this week. Maybe I have been so busy, running here and there that I am forgetting to take time out for myself.

Went back the doctor last week and was really hoping she would tell me that my bloodsugar is doing really good compared to where I was. NOT!....continue on the insulin and begin taking metformin. Like a friend put it....metformin and I have a love/hate relationship and we all know why.

Hoping to keep my bloodsugar below 120 but still having the spikes in the evenings...what am I doing wrong?????.....I have too much to live for to keep the levels high, so I will continue without my donuts, candy, ice cream, white bread, etc until I get leveled out.

Pressing on!
