I work out at Curves for my workouts. This holds me more accountable and I am more likly to work out.

Am I the only one that finds these workout videos difficult? Week 1 and Week 2 workout videos were very hard for me. I can do the machines at the gym but these exercises that look so easy are very hard for me. I can't even get through one set of any of the exercises. I'm very frustrated and feel discouraged.

just started week2 and have tried my first workout , first one in over two years. I thought I had a great excuse, on top of type2 I have fibromyglia and have been afraid to excerise. The vidoe's on this program are very good.Have dusted off my pedometer and I'm ready for some walking.
