Welcome to the Challenge Kat-Regina! I want to encourage you to continue to focus on the changes you're putting in place: tracking your food choices, regular exercise, and following our plan. Meet these daily goals, and you'll feel great about your progress.

I am going to join you today in the exercise after a meal even if it means just standing up and moving around a little. You are going to have a great day!

I'm just getting starting on Spark so my biggest goal over the next 8 weeks is to stick with the program so to speak. I want to track my food daily with a goal of meeting the nutrional guidelines set by Spark. I want to exercise daily, ideally after each meal as was suggested by my diabetes educator. I'm trying not to focus too much on the weightloss numbers but it's hard not to. I'd like to try and lose 2lbs per week.
