W1 complete. I am ready to start week 2.!

As I review my goals I am happy with my progress - I need to work on pairs testing , but other
goals were completed - lost 2 pounds and am on to week #2

I just found out on Friday that I am a Diabetic.
YES I FREAKED OUT. There is a family history, and I have been over weight for too long.
My goal for week one is NO soda......... ( I was a diet soda drinker).
I meet with my Doctor this afternoon to go create a plan.

Welcome. Yes, great goals. I imagine it is the same for everyone, but I know that It is crucial for me to track. I don't always, and when I don't I gain inches and lose ground on my cardiovascular health. Congratulations on your beneficial and achievable goals. You can do it!

i agree...from tomorrow on i will become more serious about tracking and watching what I eat.. in any case I haven,t given up on exercise.

Good start. Take small steps and reach them, set bigger steps and reach them, and so on and so on until you reach your goal. You can do this!

1)To get back on track and watch intake of carbs and calories
2)Be consistent with pairs testing
3)Start a blog - to be accounatable
4)Post a before photo so I can see my progress
