I just read that if you take a picture with your cellphone of everything you eat, it helps with weight loss. A) it's easier to write down later what you ate and B) you won't eat as much if you actually pay attention to what you are putting in your mouth.

my goal for this week...starting tomorrow is to keep track of whatever goes into my mouth..tomorrow morning i have an hour of zumba so that is a good way to start the day
