I am really glad that you joined us.

You add the ticker by editing your SparkPage. Go to your page, click edit, scroll VERY far down until you see about add the ticker. Make sure that you pick one that you will be proud to show off your success.

Hello!
I am officially starting the challenge this week.
My goals that I want to set are as follow:

**check my glucose at least 2 timesa day
**take my meds, even when I don't want to
**exercise at least 10-20 mins three times a week
**Bring my lunch to work.(that's a hard one! :-) )
**walk at least 4 times a week.

If I can do this then I can do anything!
I can do it!
Any encourgement will be greatly appreciated.
