Hi! Hope everyone is having a great week, Friday is just around the corner! I'm just checking in for the week. I have managed to drink more than 8 glasses of water all this week and I've got 3 short workouts in thus far. I plan on doing some swimming this weekend too! I've still got to take my measurements.

I've got the next 10 days off so I may be a little touch and go this next week but I'm still here and planning on being as active as I can. Enjoying the last of summer with my girls!

I've got my water down for today, at least that's one right?!

I plan on doing a workout later and hopefully I'll find my tape measure soon! Hope everyone has had a great Monday (at least as great as Monday's can be :).

Small Steps Challenge:

With fall only about about 6 weeks away I was thinking about a 6 week challenge broken up into 3 parts, so each challenge will be 2 weeks long. We can continue to build on this challenge every 2 weeks. This challenge will officially begin on 8/8. Please don’t hesitate to send me any suggestions as this is about YOU and your goals! Let’s have some of this weight fall off before FALL!

Here we go:

1. Take Body Measurements (Arms, Hips, Neck…whatever you want to track for yourself)
2. Do a 10 minute workout 3 x’s a week
3. Drink 8 glasses of water at least 3 x’s a week
