was not sleepy last night. woke up a bit out if it. had some pto this afternoon, my mom brought my sister 's kids over for lunch and left them play for about 90 minutes. so i chased them and then afterword took a nap - for about 3 hours.

trouble falling asleep last night. however i did not hear my alarm clock this morning because the sound source was set wrong. i was still able to log in on time even though i did not get up as early. annoyed that i struggled to fall asleep even though i did an earlier bedtime routine

last 2 days i got to sleep in. i did not have a ton of stuff planned. i was on my butt to much. i was hoping to do more gardening but it rained hard this am. then i decided to exercise later at night, my tummy was not happy so i did work at a lower intensity

slept like crap friday night. tossed and turned. woke up crabby. got up earlier then i planned but got in some exercise, errand and then planted. worked hard in the gardne and slept well. i am hoping tonight is the same.

i was almost asleep and then someone decided to wake me. i was really mad. i almost bit his head off. i am not sure why he insists on waking me up. i am not sure if he is trying to be romantic or cuddly but sometimes it pisses me off.

at least this afternoon i got in a long nap.

slept like crap. it took a while before i got sleepy. finally went to bed. it took about 3 hours to fall asleep. i sat on the recliner, went back to bed, got up and did some light stretch, bed, back on the chair then i finally crashed around 330. i woke up dragging but i did finally get outside and got some of my gardening done.
