up early for choir. i actually woke up before my alarm so i was ready to go. i got in 5 hr s[lit because i had a grad party. i could have used a nap but oh well i still got some stuff done

i was tired, day niece chasing and other activities. showered early. dud not get to bed as early as i should have. i forgot stuff untill later and then though i would finish "a few tasks' quick." the day goes by too fast so when quiet at night my brain remembers stuff. i make short lkists but when my dh does most of it, i am lost for what to do next

yesterday was a 10 hour day. came home and rested. did not sleep but felt better. simple supper but later then i wanted. i showered early but woke back up and did not get sleepy as early as would have liked. and i putzed too late at night.

nieces were over for a sleepover. so they were in bed so i decided to go to bed early. did not sleep long because i woke up listening for them. but it was a fun day and i got some work done. i planned a nap and got into some good rest

head colds suck. you need more sleep but cant call asleep because my nose keeps running. i was tired but wanted to make sure my nose has settled. went to bed and slept well.

i have a head cold. i attempted to nap yesterday afternoon but no luck. my nose is running like crazy so i did not sleep well. ended up going to bed later then i wanted. had trouble falling asleep. woke up at 3 and then was out till almost 9. still not 8 full hours.

relaxed before bed and got to sleep early and deeply. woke up with a nightmare about 3. my brain is too busy lately. ive had nightmares twice in the last week. kind of odd but i think mostly i am physically busy and i get mentally busy, we still have the mandetory overtime. it feels like it wont end for a couple more months. i still need to get more sleep in another way.

some drama last night so showered late and then mentally woke up. dh gell asleep with all the lights o so i ended up waking him. so then i woke up. arg. hard to get good sleep when i get sleepy before i am ready for bed

so sleepy . zone out and did not exercise timely last night. made the mistake of not going to bed when sleepy and i woke up abit. found a relaxing activity that helped me sleep well.

was up a bit late last night. got behind because i worked till 5 then had appreciation dinner. it took a bit for me to get mental focus. i was sleepy but got some light exercise done. i could not get myself in a sleepy spot. i have small victories on my healthy habits, but then i screw up by giving in to other temptaions

i was up purtzing. but i took a while to get sleepy. i fell asleep quick. i slept well and woke up before i planned too. still sstruggling to be energetic when i wake up on days off. on workdays i wake up and go on autopilot. i am trying to think of what might help get me going on days off.

was in bed on time, but i woke up at 330 with vomity feeling gas. took about 30 more minutes to get back to feel better and fall sleep. i was sleepy but did not get motivated when i got home

no naping yesterday went to spagetti feed. ate supper earlier then normal. good exercise but did was off my routine so i got the munchies at 9 so my sleepy spot was off the rest of the night

had family over for supper so we ate earlier then normal. i started to zone out after they let but got up right away and did some light cleaning then exercised early. i ended up staying up for a while gabbing wiith dh so was not in bed early.

closer to 1120 when i turned off pc. but i did have my quiet dark time,. fell asleep fast. i have to get my dh to shut up so i dont want to talk to him too and then i wake up

turned off computer a little after 11 and then sat on the living room on the rocking chair while doing graditude meditation in the dark. was in be just before 1130 so i made the goal and slept great. found 1 thing that almost woke me up. so now i know what changes i can make in the future to help assure sleep. i woke up feeling rested a couple minutes before alarm went off. was still sleepy during the day, but will keep it up to see if i have improvement in a couple weeks.
