finished my book sunday night. didnt do my other daily readings. started putzing before bed and ended up not shutting down pc. it went to sleep on its own which is fine but then i had to mentally tell myself to shut down as well. i did sleep ok but then today i was annoyed a bit because i did not finish some things last night. but i slept well. and that is a key.

wnet to the morning movie with mom and nieces. was a bit mentally overtired in the afternoon from some drama. not sure if it was real or fake drama but eitehr way i am still overtired with some things but hopefully i will figure it out i bit more.

took a nap after i got home. i got up and did a quick workout, my dh made supper. zoned out on the computer last night. it was later then it should have been when i went downstairs to exercise.

napped last night. did not sleep deep but felt rested. got in a short but good workout. i have not done that intensity a while so i was struggling a bit but i am looking forward to pushing myself.

no nap last night . had voting and then pccw meeting, so night at home was short. did do my strength training. that felt pretty good. a am a bit weak on pushups but ill keep working. i was pushing to get reporting done on the computer last night but i shut down at 1102. a couple minutes late , and i still had hygening to do. i am getting closer, have to keep tweaking the activities tillit becomes habit.

napped last night but did not get to bed early. but i had leftovers so i i ate and it was easy cleanup. i got in some good strength training. i am struggling to stay disciplined about my night time routine. i have mental distracted/week moments and say "1 more song/chapter/video" i say no sometimes and that helps me get to bed earlier

i got mentally distracted and did my teeth brushing late and then i zoned a bit and so i did not get to bed as early. but it realized why i need to get stuff turned off before 11 so i can get in my sleepy spot without all the lights

couldn't sleep in much today. woke up early to get some work ot time done. i had some cute breaks when my 19 month old niece came over. she was energetic and funny. it was entertaining to here her sing and run from room to room.

Totally not sleepy. With all good intentions of doing this challenge I'm not there yet!! Turning off TV and heading for the kitchen for Chamomile tea.

P.S. I just realized this is week 5. I saw the quick sleep journal and was curious, etc. I'm on week 1.

slept in yesterday. attempted to nap late in the afternoon, but did not sleep. daylight savings time alway messed with my body clock for awhile. i was hungry at different times. i also woke up an hour later and could not call back asleep. so i felt groggy. sleepy during the am at work. the day seemed to go a little faster then normal. it was nice to come home at 530p, and the sun was out.

i was sleepy all night. i came home from work and took an nap. when i woke up i was still tired. i was hungry but i could not decide what i wanted so i waited and then overate. i stayed on my butt for too long and did not exercise. i was going to shower earlier but i zoned out. i ended up waking up and did not go to bed on time. it was 30 minuites later then i hoped.

i dont have a new sleep routine. i think i should start using melatonin again, it is frustrating to be sleepy during the day and at points early in the night but once it hits 1015 i mentally wake up

my body clock wakes me after 6 hours but i was happy so i could stay in bed and sleep for another hour.. i went shopping with my mom and sister so i was up earlier then normal. then i was sleepy after we all did lunch but i did not want to nap at that time. i found some cleaning tasks to do and organized the pantry. dh napped but i stayed up so i hope to get to bed early tonight
