took a nap yest. did some strength training then a late snack - i did not eat a lot before bed but i ate more than needed. then i zoned out and ended up going to be after midnight

typical sunday night were i dont sleep. woke up for a quick errand that was not successfull. then did 5 hrs of brot. aftearward i took a nap. then was lethargic rest of the night. some reading but shocker could not fall asleep but of course dh had dry heaves at 1230. hard to sleep through it,

did not go to bed early enough. i started to putter and did not go to bed when i was first sleepy. i did get about 8 hours. of course i still felt sleepy during the day but no naps and i did get some cleaning done ans some exercise

was not tired late last night. a sleep day will do that. but otherwise today was pretty good. i was a little sleepy but mostly a gurgly gut.otherwise was still getting better. i am a bit stiff in my torso but it is feeling better.

i was sick yesterday so i spent time in bed and the recliner mostly sleeping. the puking make it hard to stay sleeping but i rested most of last night and today. i gelt better in the afternoon. i stayed up at 930 and took a nap at noon. its so nice notto feel dizzy anymore

needed more sleep last night was tired all day. ralphed at 3p,showered and went to bed s did not sleep deeply but i did rest. of course i woke aup about 6 and ralphed again feel so crappy. need real sleep instead of the cold dizzy stuff

i was at a wake last night. i stayed with my firend for about 3 hours, then i ran a quick shopping trip to pick up some stuff for her and her brother,. i came home and gabbed with my hubby. i then ended up not being ready to sleep. i generally feel overtired. this week should be easier for me tomorrow is a paid holiday but i am going to work to get my pto in

was anxious last night.i did sleep ok.but once again not long enough, i was crabby and tired all day. everything ticked my off. i am not sure if it is just mental combined with physical exhaustion

i did not sleep the best last night. woke up at 3 and again at 5. at 5 i remember thinking i needed a sick day and that there was no way i could function at work. then i realized i could sleep for another hour. when my alarm went off my auto pilot kicked off. i got to work and wished i stayed home. i was sleepy most of the morning.

i stressed myself out this week. so i did not sleep as well as i wanted. of course now after a week i have a result so i am feeling better less stressed. and this crummy week is over.
but i can realax tomorrow because i finished everything today, i know this is supposed to be a sleep journal but my mental and emotional state has been a b* this week and its impacted my sleep

quick nap after getting home late. made supper. 1 of the chicken breasts was rubbery before i cooked it and was not better when it was done so i tossed it. did not want to risk saving it if it was bad. then it was a bit before i digested. started making excuses that i didnt have enough time to exercise. i did a shorter, lighter routine and showered about 15 minutes later but i needed the movement. then i needed to renew library books bu the website was screwy. ithe link to the login screen was not working. so i ended up getting agitated and mentally woke up. so bu the time that was done i had to calm down again. so in bed late but slept ok.

was not sleepy last night. was up later then i should have. i did putter but i did have a good workout last night. hubby was up cough/dry heaving so i woke up a few times. i did sleep in, actually overslept. i did a light workout. it woke up my colon. so i was in the can. it took a bit before i started work. i did get in 5.5 hours so that was nice no naps because i was working

was sleepy last night. went to clean my dentures and i dropped the lower and it cracked. so then i was mentally anxious and annoyed. and it messed up my mental plans and i still am concerned that i wont be able to fix it on monday but i am stuck waiting. i did finish my book. i reread a few pages to help get me sleepy and then went to bed. woke up at 8 wondering if the broken denture was a dream. it wasnt.

cleaned when i got home, qucick nap, 30 min cadrio work then breakfast dor supper because dh didnt want to cook (a win, was not in the mood for brats), then a little puttering tthen another workout. i did putz around watching tv so my workouit was less intense and i did not do much strength. close to the end of my book so did not go to bed early.

i napped yesterday when i came home. i did do a little exercise and cleaning when i got home first but then napped when dh came gome. got up and zone at pc for awhile. has a snack then did some exercise for a qucick 25 min. i did light exercise before bed but i think i woke up and got hyper. did not fall asleep right way but slept ok

i was sleepy enough went to bed and m brain woke up after about 10 minutes. i wasnt jumpy or anxious. i just was unable to fall asleep. not sure why my brain refuses to let me sleep on sunday nights. it does not matter if i am on my putt a lot or if was constantly moving all day. i will have to think of a new plan for sunday nights.

sooo tired. today was holiday baking with my grandma and mom. i do enjoy it but i did not wake up energetic. i got busy last night and it was late when i exercised but i really wanted to get my steps. so i stayed up till 1240 so i did not get the full 8 hours of sleep i was hoping for. i am so sleepy and beat right now. i think i need to shower early so i either wake up or just get ready for bed and crash.

i didnt sleep much the last couple days. i had ot hours to work and i got mentally busy before bed. not anxious or worried but busy, plus dh was sick so his caughing fits make it hard to relax. i get annoyed with him then i feel bad. i cant do anything about it because he fights being sick instead of fighting the illness so his bugs linger and dribe us both nuts

dh is sick which means my schedule and sleep cicle is f-ed.
that may seem mean but he is a bit of a nightmare when sick. he is powerless and his attitude makes any of my assistance useless. so i had to get up for appointments and i was busy douing stuff during the day and afternoon , i was still mentally working at night so i was not ready for bed early at night. then he had a coughing fit about midnight so there was no clamness for sleep. i woke up normal time and even though i had pto i could not get back to sleep. so i woke up and did some lught exercise then did my errands. i stayed moving. i am over 15000 steps now, was unable to nap aroudn 5. supper was quick. i was not in the mood for anything, i had a homemade milkshake. odd but i am still not hungry,

took a nap last night after i got home. only had 1 hr of ot left. was tired. then got up and took care of something. i am enjoying my book now so i am reading an extra chapter before going to be but i have noticed i do fall asleep pretty good.

no nap last night. i had an appointment so i left work a earlier and did the rest of my shift + an extra hour at home. i did take a mini 5 min nap at the oral surgeons office

still sick. did not stay late at work. came home and napped instead. did not sleep deeply but the rest felt good. puttered too much before bed so got to bed later then i wanted

came home after working brot. i was not feeling well so i took a nap. i prepped for bed early but i did not get to bed as wearly as i would have liked.

did not sleep well last night, was too mentally awake even though my eyes and body were needign rest. i had fun the previous 4 days so i was not ready to sleep
