trouble falling asleep. i woke up about 4 feeling a bit ralphy. my gut hurt. i felt crappy. i spent some time in the can/ once i felt better i fell asleep ok but i woke up groggy. . played with 2 nieces for a bit light wo and light lunch. then a long nap. i slept deeply. i need more sleep.

was not sleepy last night. made myself go to bed earlier. trouble falling asleep. i woke up so groggy this morning. was sleepy thought the day. took a good nap , not a lot of exercise today. only low intensity. but i got 10000 steps.

was not sleepy last night. at about 1230, my dh called me for help. he was dizzy and headachy. after 10 minutes he started puking i took him to the ER. we were home about 3 hrs later after the gave him fluids and some medicine. we went to bed about 4 am after we got back.

i was close to going to bed on time last night. short nap last night. but still xoning a bit, and 1 more video was done but at least it was only 1 more and i went to bed. 8 minutes later then i wanted but i slept pretty deeply.

zoned out, listening to tunes went to bed after 1. slept well woke up about 930. i was well rested. i would have like to move up the fall asleep time by about an hour. i then had a slow 30 min wake up. no pm nap too much putt time. did make slow cooker beef. so i have lunches for the week.

trouble falling asleep last night. it took about 45-60 min to fall asleep. dh came to bed late so that did not help. was up early for a sat to go to sister. my mom made cut out heart cookies and my nieces decorated. then home, did a quick errand, had lunch, did something i wanted to do then took a nap. i had a good workout. hoping to sleep better tonight.

no nap yesterday. dh took care of snow and it it took awhile i did not want to sleep when he was done. i had close to 10000 steps and i did not want to fall asleep late. got in a good workout. it took a while to get sleepy . dh started coughing again dang it. slept ok. no nap tonight. went o parents for fish fry take out

no nap yesterday. got annoyed by something right before bed so my brain woke up - damn it. i was dumb. i even thought before starting to watch the video it was going to wake me up. so my own mistake. i did get to bed around 1130 but did not fall asleep till 1230/ sh is stall having coughing fits so i feel baf wehn he starts hacking. it does not wake me but i do struggle to relax when i hear it.

short nap at 430. then noremal night. no supper plans so simple supper. good pm workout but had fruit and choc hummus. so too much of a snack but then did not get sleepy. dhe went to be early and i was not ready yet. so i woke myslef up and had troufle falling asleep. went to bet at 1230. got up at 1 and went back to bed at 130

trouble sleeping. had an idea abut wanting to do a favoite activity but i did not have a ton of energy and i did not want to wake myself up. sleepy. no meetings or training today to break up the work day. ended up working with a sme. found a mistake, learned of an old change and did not focus and dinked around./ i need to practice willpower. no needs to mean no for my bad habits

was able to sleep in this morning. i was up to ring in the dew year and my mind was going. so i did finally go to bed and selpt well. woke up stiff. 8.5-9 hours is to much sleep for me at a time. i really need to get7-7.5 i think is the sweet spot.

did not sleep well this week at work. i napped great each night inlcuding tonight. i get to sleep in tomorrow and dh goes back to normal hours next week so i should be able to restablish a new routine.

zoned out at the computer and did not sleep well was up too long. did not sleep thewell at al llast night. trouble falling asleep sat on the chair and sitll did not get sleepy.

I was sleepy. i was not as tired last night so i was up longer than i should have been, i did use melatonin (2 @ 3m) but i did sleep pretty well. i was tired at points today. dh was home so muy normal routine was off.

slept in. i slept horrible most of the week and i had to work part of the day yesterday. i should have taken a short nap yesterday but didnt. i was tired last night. No real workout but not shocked that it was a day off. i did have a light walk this morning and took a nap at 330. good sleep. but still not energetic. not a ton that i am focused on right now

awesome workout last night but i started painting my fingernails. it took forever to dry and my brain would not turn off. i did sleep pretty deeply but not very long.

i was busy last night so i did not get in a focused workout. it took me longer to make the marshmellow thing. so i showered later and woke up and did not get sleepy till late. i stayed mentally busy before bed. i sleep deeper when my dh is hope. i notice noises more .

dh's flight was late so he did not get the rental car till about 1140 so i stayed up to talk to him. i could have gone to bed earlier but wanted to talk to him a bit before bed. i woke up a couple times which is rare for me. hoping to get to bed earlier tonight

2 nights of good sleep in a row. i did take me a bit to fall asleep this morning. once out, i was deeply sleeping. slept in and woke up slow. dh gave me a massage this afternoon so i took a 30 minute nap afterward

was so tired yesterday afternoon and last night, i slept like crap most of this week but at 1130 i decided it was a perfect bedtime. i got in a good 9 hours od sleep. woke up stiff. but got dsome movement and got some stuff done.

last 2 nights i started dinking around before bed and bing watching you tube so i was up way to long, so last night i went to bed earlier and i did get 8 hours of sleep. i was really tired so i think that had more to do with it. but i woke up early enough to get in some ot hours

crabby. i was so tired last night but dh came home last night and did not shower on time so i woke up waiting for him. then i woke myself up find odd stuff online and was up till 1am, fell asleep right away but woke up around 5 and did not fall asleep. got up at 8 was exercised lightly

dh came home last night from work traveling. so i figured i would sleep better.had day off so was able to sleep in till 8. so close to 7.5 hours of good sleep. hope this wekeend helps me get some good sleep.

decorated for christmas last night and did some cleaning. i kepy busy and finally did a good workout the stretching routine helped me ralax. i did not get tired at bedtime. went to bed late but i did sleep pretty well.

another hard to fall asleep night. at least last night i was a bit more energetic in a happy way. i finished my book and dh and i talked about the fun we had that day. it took a while to fall asleep. but i did sleep ok after that.
