For once, it was all in one go! Like you, I normally wake up a few times during the night - at best getting a couple of hours sleep at a time. What a result.

Is that all at once or broke up? I sleep 6-8hrs a day but many days I wake up often

At last. 5.5 hrs sleep last night in one go. Can't remember the last time I managed that. Have then got up and done 35 mins on treadmill before getting ready to go to work.
