It has been a little over 5 weeks since I have completed the challenge - trying to get at least 6 hours sleep. This past two weeks I really did it - not only I got my 6 hours sleep, couple nights I was able to get 7 hours sleep. So far I have not fall of the wagon yet. Why? I think because I continue to access myself and continue to use the sleep dairy. I found it helpful not only to assist me with continuing getting my zzzzzzzzzzz but also helping me maintaining my weight. Since losing the stubborn 5 pounds 6 weeks ago, I am able to maintain the weight so far. I really believe using sleep dairy helped me in the successful 5-6 weeks so far.

For anyone out there struggling, keep doing your best, find what works for you and be patience with yourself. emoticon

I will continue to post and possibly re-start the challenge in few weeks for my new quest - getting 7 or 8 hours sleep nightly
