emoticon since completed the challenge I continue to progress wonderfully. I am now able to get 6 hours sleep 5 nights a week. It felt emoticon

For any new members - struggling to get your emoticon - be patience with yourself and remember emoticon start small and make small changes like drinking water at night instead of caffeine drinks close to bed time. Use sleep journal/dairy - you will be surprise how much this will help you in this journey
