I am going to keep my goal at 7,000 steps a week. I didn't make my goal last week off by a few hundred. The surgeon just said emoticon I also received a script for physical therapy.

I am going to keep my daily goal to 27,000 steps per day and keep my weekly goal to 200,000. Due to FitBit.com not having access to the original dashboard I will now be tracking my Active Minutes. My goal is to keep it above 150 minutes per day. I will also be tracking my mileage and my goal is to walk 12 miles per day. I will also be tracking my floors climbed but as I don't really encounter many steps in my travel I will be interested in seeing how high I can get this number on a daily basis. Keep moving people, I know I will! DON'T GIVE UP!!!

I WOULD LOVE TO GIVE A BIG THANKS TO ALL WHO JOINED THIS THREAD THIS PAST WEEK! We were an awe-inspiring 37 strong this past week!! That is eight less than last week! We are still #1 in the Computer & Electronics category?! That continues to be amazing! As of the posting of this post, we are now at (drum roll please!) 91,038 members strong! That is 876 more than last week! That is a decrease of 335 members from last week!!! Thanks to the holiday season our numbers have continued to explode this past week and I anticipate that our numbers will continue to rise for the next several weeks. We blew past 90,000 and are past 91,000 members this past week!

Another week in the books. This past week I took a grand total of 191,720 steps for a daily step average of 27,389 steps. I was active for 1,117 minutes or an average of 159 Active MInutes per day. I traveled 92.96 miles this past week or 13.28 miles per day and I climbed a total of 43 floors this past week. Not bad, but not great. I hope to improve on these numbers next week. How did you do?
