I am going to keep my daily goal to 27,000 steps per day and keep my weekly goal to 200,000. Due to FitBit.com not having access to the original dashboard I will now be tracking my Active Minutes. My goal is to keep it above 150 minutes per day. I will also be tracking my mileage and my goal is to walk 12 miles per day. I will also be tracking my floors climbed but as I don't really encounter many steps in my travel I will be interested in seeing how high I can get this number on a daily basis. Keep moving people, I know I will! DON'T GIVE UP!!!

I love all the activity on this thread! Welcome to each and every one of you and I hope that you accomplish your goals this week. I WOULD LOVE TO GIVE A BIG THANKS TO ALL WHO JOINED THIS THREAD THIS PAST WEEK! We were an unbelievable 45 strong this past week!! That is nine more than last week and one of the highest number of participants since I started this topic in 2010!!! We are still #1 in the Computer & Electronics category?! That continues to be amazing! As of the posting of this post, we are now at (drum roll please!) 90,162 members strong! That is 1,211 more than last week! That is an increase of 265 members from last week!!! Thanks to the holiday season our numbers have continued to explode this past week and I anticipate that our numbers will continue to rise for the next several weeks. We blew past 89,000 and went straight into the 90,000 category this past week!

I rarely drink anything other than water so I can provide support for the points made in this article. My skin has truly gained a tremendous benefit from drinking water. I rarely get sick and almost never suffer from heartburn or bad indigestion (and I eat a ton of spicy foods!) Water is my secret weapon for maintaining my weight loss.

Finally a decent week of exercise! This past week I took a grand total of 200,589 steps for a daily step average of 28,656 steps. I was active for 1,236 minutes or 176 Active Minutes per day on average. I traveled a total of 96.50 miles this past week for a daily average of 13.79 miles and I climbed a total of 38 floors this past week. I may have pushed myself extra hard on Saturday but my hamstring seems to have healed sufficiently that I only feel some usual soreness. Now on to next week, who will join me?!
