I am going to keep my daily goal to 27,000 steps per day and keep my weekly goal to 200,000. Due to FitBit.com not having access to the original dashboard I will now be tracking my Active Minutes. My goal is to keep it above 150 minutes per day. I will also be tracking my mileage and my goal is to walk 12 miles per day. I will also be tracking my floors climbed but as I don't really encounter many steps in my travel I will be interested in seeing how high I can get this number on a daily basis. Keep moving people, I know I will! DON'T GIVE UP!!!

We are still #1 in the Computer & Electronics category?! That continues to be amazing! As of the posting of this post, we are now at (drum roll please!) 88,005 members strong! That is 254 more than last week! That is a decrease of 41 members from last week!!! Our numbers continue to skyrocket this past week and who knows how much more we will grow at the amazing pace of the past twelve months! We have poked our head past the 88,000 mark and now have our sites set on 89,000!!!

I rarely drink anything other than water so I can provide support for the points made in this article. My skin has truly gained a tremendous benefit from drinking water. One more week in the books. This was a rest week as I am nursing a strained hamstring. Nevertheless, I still got my steps in! This past week I took a grand total of 161,097 steps for a daily average step count of 23,014 steps. I was active for 930 minutes for an average of 132 Active Minutes per day. I traveled 77.18 miles this past week or an average of 11.03 miles per day and I climbed a total of 20 floors this past week. I am heeled now and am ready to attack next week, how about you?!
