Xraylady, I have daily and weekly goals, I think you change them on the fitbit dashboard, they have a nice help section, but I think if you hover near the bottom of the square you want to change you click on the settings icon and it should bring up a way to adjust your goals.

my goals have evolved over time, maybe just track your daily and weekly steps/miles or whatever you want to track and see where you are, then try to find a good level to shoot for.

So...I'm going to repeat last week's goal and strive to achieve it. My goal is: 1) I'd like to get at least 65,000 steps for the week, at least 140 floors for the week, and at least 250 active minutes for the week.

I am going to keep my daily goal to 27,000 steps per day and keep my weekly goal to 200,000. Due to FitBit.com not having access to the original dashboard I will now be tracking my Active Minutes. My goal is to keep it above 150 minutes per day. I will also be tracking my mileage and my goal is to walk 12 miles per day. I will also be tracking my floors climbed but as I don't really encounter many steps in my travel I will be interested in seeing how high I can get this number on a daily basis. Keep moving people, I know I will! DON'T GIVE UP!!!

I love all the activity on this thread! Welcome to each and every one of you and I hope that you accomplish your goals this week. I WOULD LOVE TO GIVE A BIG THANKS TO ALL WHO JOINED THIS THREAD THIS PAST WEEK! We were an amazing 27 strong this past week!! That is four less than last week! We are still #1 in the Computer & Electronics category?! That continues to be amazing! As of the posting of this post, we are now at (drum roll please!) 87,456 members strong! That is 320 more than last week! That is a decrease of 72 members from last week!!! Our numbers continue to skyrocket this past week and who knows how much more we will grow at the amazing pace of the past twelve months! We have punched through the 87,000 level and are midway to the 88,000 mark!!!

I rarely drink anything other than water so I can provide support for the points made in this article. My skin has truly gained a tremendous benefit from drinking water. A much better week this week. I took a grand total of 183,378 steps this past week for a daily step average of 26,197 steps. I was active for 1,043 minutes or an average of 149 Active Minutes per day. I traveled 87.92 miles or 12.56 miles per day and I climbed a total of 35 floors this past week. How did you do this week?
