I am going to keep my daily goal to 27,000 steps per day and keep my weekly goal to 200,000. Due to FitBit.com not having access to the original dashboard I will now be tracking my Active Minutes. My goal is to keep it above 150 minutes per day. I will also be tracking my mileage and my goal is to walk 12 miles per day. I will also be tracking my floors climbed but as I don't really encounter many steps in my travel I will be interested in seeing how high I can get this number on a daily basis. Keep moving people, I know I will! DON'T GIVE UP!!!

We are still #1 in the Computer & Electronics category?! That continues to be amazing! As of the posting of this post, we are now at (drum roll please!) 86,744 members strong! That is 259 more than last week! That is a decrease of 56 members from last week!!! Our numbers continue to skyrocket this past week and who knows how much more we will grow at the amazing pace of the past eleven months! We are nearing the 87,000 level!!!

I rarely drink anything other than water so I can provide support for the points made in this article. My skin has truly gained a tremendous benefit from drinking water. I rarely get sick and almost never suffer from heartburn or bad indigestion (and I eat a ton of spicy foods!) Water is my secret weapon for maintaining my weight loss.

2016 continues to be huge! Our membership has increased over 32,148 members these past forty-two weeks! That represents a membership gain of over 37.06% since the beginning of 2016! FitBit has introduced the Charge 2 (which now incorporates a heart monitoring function) and the Flex 2 (which is waterproof!). One more week in the books! This past week I took a grand total of 175,393 steps for a daily step average of 25,056 steps per day. I was active for 891 minutes or an average of
Active Minutes per day. I traveled 84.84 miles or an average of 12.12 miles per day and I climbed a grand total of 76 floors this past week. Again, I am ready for next week, how about you?!
