I am going to keep my daily goal to 27,000 steps per day and keep my weekly goal to 200,000. Due to FitBit.com not having access to the original dashboard I will now be tracking my Active Minutes. My goal is to keep it above 150 minutes per day. I will also be tracking my mileage and my goal is to walk 12 miles per day. I will also be tracking my floors climbed but as I don't really encounter many steps in my travel I will be interested in seeing how high I can get this number on a daily basis. Keep moving people, I know I will! DON'T GIVE UP!!!

We are still #1 in the Computer & Electronics category?! That continues to be amazing! As of the posting of this post, we are now at (drum roll please!) 85,863 members strong! That is 392 more than last week! That is an increase of 63 members from last week!!! Our numbers continue to skyrocket this past week and who knows how much more we will grow at the amazing pace of the past nine months! Time. We all wish that we had more of it. Working out is a priority for me. My path to success included understanding that my health was a priority for me. If I was going to live a longer, healthier life then I needed to set priorities. While some may interpret this as being selfish I look at it as being good to yourself. If you are not worth 30-60 minutes per day of ME time then perhaps it might be time to evaluate just what you want out of life. I want to be healthier and be there for my wife and children. The ME time is for me but it will benefit my loved ones, too.

2016 continues to be huge! Our membership has increased over 31,237 members these past thirty-nine weeks! That represents a membership gain of over 36.38% since the beginning of 2016! FitBit has introduced the Charge 2 (which now incorporates a heart monitoring function) and the Flex 2 (which is waterproof!). Will you be looking to replace your FitBit tracker with the newest member of the FitBit family?

In the USA, Daylight Savings Time ended this week. That extra hour of sleep certainly does a body good. It certainly will be nice to once again leave for work in the daylight! Some people are greatly affected by this transition. Here is an excellent article that talks about these issues and provides advice on how to deal with them:

Finally, I will once again be working our local election polls. I don't want to get political but I am going to urge all of our US members to get out and vote (if you have not already done so)! This is one of our most important privileges. GET OUT AND VOTE!

Another week in the can! This past week I took a grand total of 185.427 steps for a daily step average of 26,490 steps. I was active for 1,099 minutes or an average of 157 Active Minutes per day. I traveled 89.76 miles this past week for a daily average of 12.82 miles per day and I climbed a grand total of 32 floors this past week. Not bad for a week filled with down time. I am ready to explode next week, how about you?
