Good for you! I am having a good week. I was just marveling at how easy it is to eat the right things by planning ahead...Lots of fruits and veggies ready for a quick grab when I'm on the go!!!!

So, halfway through the week, how are we doing? I'm exercising like a maniac and mostly sticking to my food plan!

My goals for this week:

- 30 day Shred M-F
- 25 minutes of various other exercises everyday
- stay within calorie range
- drink my 8 glasses of water a day
