To live in always though time has passed.

Hey Laughter: both your breakfast and lunch sound carb heavy with little fat or protein. Maybe you could make some swaps for more protein/fat, it will keep you feeling fuller longer!

Breakfast - fruit smoothie

Lunch - pita, cr. cheese, 1/4 pepper, apple, hummus and non-fat vanilla pudding

Dinner - leftover Indian food (not in the meal plan but I couldn't waste it)

Note: I was starving an hour after breakfast and about 2 hours after lunch - hoping this gets better!

I ate:
Breakfast: Lean ham with lf cream cheese spreaded on it and some olives

Lunch: Olive Garden (Kids begged!)
I tried to be good and ordered their soup (minestrone), salad/breadstick thing. Then i ate three breadsticks.

I'm at 1000 calories for the day already. BUT i'm still stuffed.
So i'll have to really watch dinner (which will be leftover steak from last night) and lots of water.

The research says over and over again that the best things people can do to lose weight is simply track their food. Therefore, our first challenge on this team is just to say what we ate. Drop in on this thread each day to tell us what you ate!
