Update I'm down 9 pounds so far. Things are going well once again able to eat salads which is helping

My goal is to get back into my exercise routine. The last 6 months to a year have been focused on my mom, who just died a couple of weeks ago. I really tried to do the best to take care of myself, but at times it was difficult. I hope to be back on track soon and get down to my happy weight.

For me this year is about getting control over my weight I'd be very happy to just lose 10% of my weight which would be 18 pounds.

I WOULD JUST LIKE TO GET HEALTHY PHYSICALLY MENTALLY AND EMOTIONAL. I HAVE BEEN HAVE A LOT OF ANXIETY OVER THING I DON'T SEEM TO BE ABLE TO CHANGE.

Just be healthier then I was at the end of 2018.
Want to be able to walk up four flights of stair without being out of breath & wobbly legged. Also, want to be able to walk to the Farmer's Market & back around 4 miles; without being in pain.

Is it wrong if my goal is only to not gain weight?
I'm trying to focus on my health and reducing inflammation to help with my autoimmune disorders. In 2018, I gained a bunch during the year but re-lost it all, so Jan 1 and Dec 31, I weighed the same. Sure, I'd love to lose...let's say 17 pounds, get me to the 200 mark...but I'd be happy with not gaining.

I would like to get healthier Spiritually, Emotionally and Physically. I do not make resolution and I am not putting any guidelines on my goals.

Spiritually: Spend more time reading my Bible and meditating.
Emotionally: Getting projects done around the house that I've been putting off.
Physically: Losing weight, any amount. Last year I gained weight.

How about you? What are your GOALS for 2019?
