thanks for this challenge. I made myself ride my stationary bike for an extra 10 minutes last night even though I didn't want to. Boy do I feel it this morning.

I was almost up to 40 jumping jacks when I caught the edge of my shoe on my exercise step. OUCH! I then had to ease my way in to my walk on my treadmill. emoticon

My exercise session today with Leslie Sansone was supposed to 55 min. I added another mile and made it 68 minutes.

I got in 14 minutes more on today's walk than i did on yesterday's walk. Both were on unseasonably warm, pleasant days. I'm hoping to make this a habit.

I am gearing up to take the dogs on their usual 3 mi. hike in the desert then we had decided to take them to the beach nearby if we get going early and can take them while there are no people on the beach. I am going to stand right here and do those jumping jacks.......Done! Sounded like a small elephant.
