didn't make it with the water -
friday I did 70 minutes walking, 110 yesterday and 32 so far today.
I am on my way to do the welcome - missed yesterday so I'll make it 2 out of 3!

I just finished 45 min. of step, marching in place, and some strength exercises. I also shoveled and broke up some ice but that wasn't too long.
I did my 8 glasses!!!! emoticon

I worked on this challenge. Didn't do it perfectly but at least it got me out and walking during the weekend!

The water challenge is more difficult than the exercise for me but I managed to do it yesterday but I was up a lot during the night.

I am again to take the water challenge...I did exercise today but that will be the only exercise I get for the weekend...I work 24 out of the next 48 hours!!

The LAST day of 2010 Challenge shall also be the same challenge as the FIRST TWO days of 2011!

Chose one or all of these WEEKEND Challenges for December 31 through January 2nd.

1. Drink at least 8 glasses of water each of the three days.

2. Exercise for 30 minutes at least 2 days of the 3 day challenge.

3. Welcome two new Slowest Loser members each day of the 3 day challenge either on their SparkPage or by giving them a SparkGoodie with challenge.

That's it. No complicated challenge for the weekend. I will do all three mini challenges. Who else is "in" with me for this "The LAST shall be FIRST Challenge"?

And.... stay HEALTHY during the weekend as SparkPeople know how to do!
