Hi, Packer Fans,

Looking for a way to deal with the HEAT? We know Packer Backers are HOT!

At the same time, some of us can be too COOL for our own damn good. I am one of them. I thought doing things by myself was a good option, big for my britches. I haven't been around. Sorry. I drug my sorry butt back and have been tracking and walking at least 10,000 steps daily for a month, getting back into shape.

In this heat, there are many opportunities to PLAY and FORGET OUR GOALS. Let's not give up on our goals of feeling strong, sassy, skinny, supersexy, stylish, and successful, just because it's "Summertime and the living is easy." We don't have to be stiff and stuffy, though, allowing NO irresponsible moments. A few of those moments, sprinkled in with the self-discipline, adds spice to our cheese. If your thing is to run, stroll or prance down the street naked, go for it, and remember to log the cardio.

If you want an audience to cheer you on, join our new "HOT Enough to STREAK" Challenge.
We will be right behind you with our smiles and applause. There can be many WINS on the way to LOSING weight and bad habits. STREAKS of behavior are powerful, even better with a cheering section.

Decide which streak or streaks you want to begin and the reason for it, whether it's weight loss, training or establishing a new habit. Who knows?! We might get a little trash talk and competition going, with those who are working on similar streaks.

We start officially this Tuesday, July 10th. Begin immediately, though, if you are so inclined. Post your desire to participate, right here.
Two rules:
* (1) Choose and post your desired streak or streaks and how it or they will help you..
* (2) Check-in on Tuesdays to update your progress for the week. That's the minimum. You can stop in daily if you want to feel the power of the group.

Come on and SPLURGE! Spend some time on YOURSELF!
