I see I am sleeping 8 hours most nights and I am fine sleeping that much. I used to think i wasn't rested unless i slept 9 hours or more.

This week my goal was to set up a bed time, and I did, I went to bed a the same time each night however I'm struggling with waking up at the same time on the weekend, even after I wake up I still want to stay in bed and today Monday I had a hard time getting up, I did get up because I had no choice though, this week I will try reading in the morning so I don't have to get up when no one is awake, but I wont fall asleep again.

I was late to bed last night but I slept well but only got 6.5 hours. I have wondered if too much exercise stops you from sleeping. So far no answer

I'm finding I'm going to bed too early and it's resulting in me getting up in the middle of the night.
I'm trying to get the exercise in. My fibromyalgia is affecting that though and I have to make sure I go slow but steady.
I'm aiming for 10:00 pm as my bed time so that I can attempt to get my 8 hours and not overdo the sleeping!

I'm tired of excuses. I only want results!
