this first week has been a little bit of a rough one trying to make myself go to bed everynight at the same time then wake up everyday at the same time ive noticed though i have been sleeping longer and through the night as before i would wake up frequently throughout the night and in the past week there have been once or twice i have woken up which i know i should have stayed laying down but i get restless at times.....having a little snack as well has helped so i dont wake up hungry either in the middle of the night..... this next week i want to keep going to bed on time and getting up on time and if i do happen to wake up instead of getting up and eating or smoking just stay laying down until i actually fall back asleep...

Having to record daily on my sleep challenge goal to get 8 hours of sleep each night is motivating me to change habits and get to bed earlier.

I hope this works for you. The sleep journal, as easy as it sounds, did a lot to help me with my sleep. I was surprised at some of my own created problems for sleeping.

Everyday I am going to do a blog that contains my sleep journal, along with everything else I can think of emoticon .I'm adding what dreams I had, what was on my mind before going to bed, energy level before sleep, if i wake up sometime during the night.
