My goal was to make it to Day 28. I have one more day and have increased my strength and stamina. I have truly enjoyed this challenge, maybe not at the beginning but perseverance and goals kept me going. Woo-Hoo!

My goal is to continue with my nutrition trackers & fitness tracker. I use all the trackers and the reports. The graphs on the reports page let me see how I am progressing in a good visual way. I feel like I'm slowly but surely loosing weight and getting stronger. I'll stay with the challenges. This Coach Nicole 7-day video exercise routine helps me to stay focused. emoticon

My goal for now and beyond is to continue to make exercise, both cardio and strength training, part of my day, just about every day. I've work so hard to come this far, I plan on it being a life style for a life time and not just a diet style for a short time.

My goal for this week (and hopefully every week after this!) is to get up 30min earlier so I can get in a video and a quick jog (500m looped path behind my place) before everyone else needs to get up and get going. I've never been a morning person, but I do enjoy my quiet time before the bustle of the day, I think it will be a positive move forward.

I can't believe 3 weeks have passed by already. For week 4 I plan to do the workouts as listed and also focus on tracking my food. Consistently exercising and tracking are the most difficult parts of my program.

My goal is to continue making strength training part of my routine. I tend to fall back on cardio and leave out ST. It is time for me to remember that they are BOTH equally important!

My goals for week 4:

-Walk 10,000 steps 7 days a week (keep aerobic pace for 30 minutes, with intervals of peak pace)

-Daily toning video. Double it 3 times.

-15 minutes of yoga per day.

-Find a boot camp program to do when this is finished - important to do one that is not too hard so I don't injure myself.

This turtle is to remind myself that slow but steady wins the race.

My long term goals are:

1) To be able to walk long distances and uphills without stopping to rest. I cannot let myself fall behind.

2) Be able to play a game of soccer or any other sport without tiring out before the game is over.

3) Be able to embrace the hardships of longer cardio such as hiking.

4) Continuing to tone and strength train. It seems to help the pain in my shoulders, and I do hate hate hate planks, but I still do them :(

I finished the challenge! I had one day this week that I did not do the 10 minute workout, but I made up for it the next day. I couldn't work out due to lack of sleep. This tells me I really need to complete the Sleep Challenge. That's my next goal.

I want to continue to lose weight and build muscle. I want to be leaner, fitter, stronger and look and feel better too.

It seems like I have to work so much harder lately. When I was following a low carb diet the pounds flew off but I am and have been doing my best to keep my carbs, fat, protein, and calories in range with the tracker.

Maybe I am just trying too hard. It wouldn't be the first time I did that. I have been doing a lot more exercise than I ever did before except for when I was in the Army.

I won't give up however, I will get there in time, but it seems to be so much slower than it used to be.

God bless you all in your continued success in not only fitness and health but in everything you do.

Praise the Lord!

My goals are to do a cardio video every day and do each of the toning videos twice. I've really enjoyed the challenge. Does anybody have suggestions of another challenge to try? I might do this again, but I like the idea of trying something new as well.

My goals will be to keep working out--maybe with these videos but likely with something about 15 minutes in length--at least--maybe 30. I have the DVDs so may get back to those.

It is hot so the cardio is hard to do!

Day 1 of Week 4 for me and my goals are to keep doing the toning videos AFTER the bootcamp is done, I've started the 5k Your Way to train for an upcoming 5K (on the 28th) as use that as part of my cardio for the bootcamp, so I plan on continuing on with running afterward, and to just keep the momentum going by finding new challenges to join once this one is finished.

The weight is FINALLY coming off and I feel the healthiest I have been in a long time. SO grateful for this 28 day bootcamp!

Enjoy this life and live it to your healthiest!

My goal is to continue working out and eating healthy. I have 14 more pounds to go before reaching my final goal. I know that I will not have to workout as hard as I have been but I will continue to work out at least 4 times a week and log in my food as well as my fitness.
I would like to say thank you to all who have given me support along the way.

I may be back to take this challenge again in the future. emoticon

Each day is a new day! Remember to breath and relax!

I'm excited to be starting the final week! The videos have been wonderful (and I'm looking forward to repeating a few of them this week). I have way more energy than I did a few weeks ago and I'm just happier in general. I'm excited to see what's next to keep me on track after this. Any suggestions of other challenges that work well and somewhat similar? I don't want to repeat the same challenge.

Finally Starting on Week 4 be d1 maybe tomorrow or Thurs. For Sure. Try too follow more better this week. Continue to track my food and veggies n fruits, and do more time and counties doing more. Just have a Question which it says repeat video is that toning u repeat? And I know 1 toning video a day how about you do a strength trainng or toning then on the challenge videos? And says 1 cardio 5 days a week. So one repeat you do 1 or 2 times a week for 3 days a week? Bit confused?

Whew, I just finished Day 5 of Week 4 and am incredibly proud of myself. Today is the first day I haven't doubled down on the Bootcamp video. Yesterday's cardio combined with forty minutes of shoveling over a foot of snow exhausted my legs so there was no way to eke out the second round with moderately acceptable form.

Although I failed to post my goals, they've been present in my head all week. I came off a really stressful week and weekend of work to start this week so mood and sleep have been my top priorities (beyond working out of course). It's taken time, but I am getting there. Good thing food was my focus this week as people have been sneaking chocolates into my mailbox at work all week!

How have other people been doing this week.

Beth

My goals for this final week are to do the final week 2 times. lol I've got some traveling coming and I don't see how I can get my workouts in when I'll be traveling solo with 3 young ones. So I'm going to do as much of week 4 as I can this week and I'll do another week 4 when I get home.

I'm also going to start a new challenge on February 1st (as yet to be determined). So I'll be doing 2 of them at the same time for a week. That should give me a boost. ;)

I'm also going to continue following my nutrition goals of getting 5 a day freggies, 8+ water a day and stay within my calorie goals.

Have a sparktastic week!

My long term exercise goals are to build up my knees and ankles so that I can hike long distances comfortably this summer.
My husband and I will be hiking in the White Mountains, Green Mountains. Locally, we will hike in Fox Forest and in Cotrell forest.
If $ comes available, we will hike in the Sierra Nevadas on the John Muir Trail in California.
If serious $ comes available, we will hike in Spain.

On to week 4.

I do believe I'm sticking with all of the additional goals - tracking food, eating veggies, and amping up cardio. Food tracking and veggie eating are part of my lifestyle changes that I know I need to make. Amping up the cardio just seems intelligent, without pushing myself harder I'm not going to make the progress I want to make.

Long term goals:
- Continue daily toning. Push up to 30 minutes per day (roughly).
- Continue 5x per week cardio, minimum of 30 per day, pushing up to an hour a day (can be split into different sessions).
- Continue keeping an eye on my food & water consumption. This means making healthier choices and planning good meals, taking lunches and snacks with me, an drinking lots of water. I'm not, however, on a diet. So far, this has worked really well and I'm going to stick to it rather than focus on a strict diet.

Officially gained 2 pounds. Completed another extra video today, only one extra to go.

On the upside I do feel successful as the videos have gotten easier, so I must be getting stronger.

I am starting Week 4 today but my Week 1 goals were
~Finish the 10 minute workout video every day~
~Stay accountable by tracking my food, water and exercise~
~My goal is to lose 3-4 pounds during this challenge~
I did well with all these goals and lost 1 pound on Week 1

My goals for Week 2 were
~Do Cardio for a minimum of 30 minutes every day~
~Finish the 10 minute workout video every day~
~Stay accountable by tracking my food, water and exercise~
~My goal is to lose 3-4 pounds during this challenge~
I did very well and actually did 60 minutes of cardio every day! I lost 1 more pound!

My goals for Week 3 were
~Really use those extra workout videos to my advantage~
~Continue doing 10 minute videos every day~
~Continue tracking food, water and exercise~
~Continue 60 minutes of cardio every day~
~Burn 3500 calories this week~
I slacked a bit in week 3 but due to my nutrition choices and calorie intake, I did lose 1 more pound!

My goals for Week 4 are
~Do the 10 minute videos more than once per day (this will be a challenge for me)
~Continue tracking food, water and exercise~
~Continue 60 minutes of cardio every day~
~Burn 3500 calories this week~

Just one more pound down and I will have achieved my goal of losing 3-4 pounds in one month! emoticon emoticon
