i am starting week 4. i am increasing the elevation on the treadmill to 8.5 and jogging 12 min unstead of 10. the other 8 min will be at an increased speed. also doing a stretching video on here.

My goals for week 4 are to challenge myself and take it to another level so I finish this challenge with a BANG!!! Im going to do that by doing the strength videos 4 times back to back since I already do them 3 usually and Im going to do 40-45 min of cardio 6 days, 2-3 days of cardio will be High Intensity Interval Training type of workouts and I will also track my calories carefully. I cant wait to see how my hard work pays off!!!!

I can see the finish line and Its making me want to run faster emoticon

As I go into week four I am asked to discuss my future goals. After I complete this week, I plan on finishing my Jillian Michaels shred it then I will need to find a new program...with tthe new weather I will hopefully be able to get ouside more and be a little happier with eating healthy:)
