And I'm done with Week 2! I did all of Coach Nicole's videos and I also tried her 10-minute Jump Start Cardio Workout video twice this week. It was a bit high impact for me, but I managed to modify and get through it. Other cardio workouts included walk/jog intervals (C25K training) and family hikes. I'm feeling good!
