I'm done with week 2! I did my bootcamp videos every day and my 5 cardio workouts included walk/jog intervals (C25K training), Disney cardio dance, walking, and hiking! I did the 10-minute stretching routine for runners as my bonus video. And I tracked my food for six days! On to week 3!
