Love the videos, but consistency is my problem. Need to make sure i'm getting the strength training videos done everyday!

I finished week two with two extra videos. Both for my arms so I can work towards stopping the additional wave with the bottom of my arms if you know what I mean. I have lost 10 lbs since Jan 1st which is a lot slower than I wanted but at least it is in the right direction.

Enjoyed Week 1 and willing to continue to Week 2. My goal in continuing is to keep exercising! This challenge helps keep me accountable by nudging me to exercise every day. I have a goal of at least 30 min. per day and this will help me achieve that goal.

Starting Week 2 today! Yay! I made it and I am proud of myself. It hasn't been easy since it is a new goal for me but I am making it. I will continue what I have started: a 10 min. video per day; 30 minutes of activity a day; tracking my food. The best to you all with this wonderful goal. emoticon

Doubling down on week two as I'm off camping for 4 days mid week...chose a core video as the 'extra' today...not a huge fan of the coach, will find a new core video for Wednesday. Maybe core work and more water will get this mid section pudge to start moving elsewhere!

I start week 2 tomorrow. I want to continue my consistency that I had with week one. I usually only make it two weeks before my consistency starts slacking. I'm going to break out of that pattern and make this a habit!

My goal for this week is to do everyday Boot Camp challenge according to the calendar. I just completed Day 9 plus a Zumba video workout. Tomorrow is a rest day on Boot Camp so will do Zumba or another workout video.

My goal for the second week is to do strength training everyday and cardio 5 times this week for at least 30 minutes. I am also doing a plank challenge, pushup challenge, and squat challenge. I am on week 2 of those challenges too. I will also drink more water this week too!

Have a few videos I want to try this week - the Core Fusions ones (did tank top arms already) and trying to find a core workout that doesn't make me beat myself up - I can't do planks really or much in the way of ab exercises - working up to it though!

Hi guys, start of week two for me. Going strong so far! My week goal is to add 5-10mins of yoga to my morning yoga. Also, another goal is to nix my evening snacking! It took me 8 days to complete week 1 (I skipped a video on day 3). so, my first goal would be to finish week 2 in 7 days.
I will especially focus on tracking my nutrition (lots to improve upon there), and maintain the exercise I have been doing.

I drank 8 cups or more of water each day! And completed all 7 workouts!

My goal for week 2 is to track my food accurately for at least 3 days this week. I either guess the amount or don't count everything. I will do it this week!

I will also continue drinking plenty of water, doing the daily exercise, and add a different exercise twice this week.

I took 2 weeks to ramp up to the week 1 challenges. I was a tad too out of shape to jump in full bore like I'd hoped to, so the 1st week was spent doing just toning, and the second with the cardio addition.

This week I add in 2 extra DailyBurn videos to my rest days - I'm going to use the 'rest day' focused videos from that site. Yoga or similar.

I'm also going to start tracking food daily to the best of my ability.

This builds to my two week streak of 8 glasses of water, 8 hours of sleep, and daily workouts. Go me.
