For my bonus video I did the cardio dancing Bollywood one on day 8. I HATED IT!! It was way too hard on my knees and too high impact. Yuck. Maybe I'll try a second strength training one soon, not sure. I often do extra exercises like today was day 5 repeated.. Day 12, I guess.. and when I finished the other mat exercises and stretching, I was on my back so I started doing crunches. I did 15 crunches, then 15 crunches with twists, and then repeated both of those and did ab stretching after.
I also want to mention that the first day cardio workout is too hard - too high impact for most people. Even with modifications I couldn't do all of it and I just felt like a failure. If I hadn't started by doing day 7 strength training with a friend, I wouldn't have dared even try the rest of the week.
