So glad that you have lost in the first week. I have not, might actually have gained. This is my second time in a year trying to lose. I am doing a stationary bike for 35 min as my cardio. I have a new monitor for it so I know how far I have gone and how fast.

thanks for doing the 10 min cardio. I might do it now

I finished week 2 and moving on to week 3! I skipped a day and did 2 workouts in one day, whew, that was tough! emoticon

Wow...that was on INTENSE 10 minutes!

I am so glad I joined this challenge. I went down 6 lbs since starting...but am expecting to level out at 2 lbs per week (or less) now. What happened this week had everything to do with shocking my system a bit with such healthy eating and exercise.

What I have learned so far:

10 mins. is better than NO minutes.

Learning to do a little each day, and stay committed, is what will lead to a real/lasting change and is the key to developing consistency.

I can do ANYthing for 10 little minutes!
