Added it to my weekly workout - it's a challenge.

I did the Crunchless Core today after my Day 6 video - my core is definitely a "work in progress"!! emoticon emoticon Yet another long term target - complete this one without breaking into hysterics at the prospect!

I also chose the kickboxing video to add to my workout. Maybe next time I will add the crunchless core one. I really need to work on my abs, and don't like to.

I plan on doing the cardio kickboxing video tomorrow. It's quite different from what I typically do for cardio, so hopefully, I'll enjoy it and can fit it in here and there to liven things up!

I chose the Crunchless Core Workout (PHEW) and the 15 minute Ball workout which were both great. I've stuck to the challenge everyday though, so proud of myself!

Just finished the 10 minute crunchless abs routine - oh my! It was perfect for me because I really hate crunches (memories of PE at school perhaps?!) but it was QUITE a workout - I feel great! :)

I did the 6 minute Butt Blaster. Holy buckets was it a good one! I never felt my glutes quiver like that! LOL. I will do that one again this weekend.

I did (2) bonus videos today because I'm not sure I will fit them in the rest of this week. I did the SparkPeople 7-Minute Upper Body Band Workout Video, and SparkPeople Bootcamp Video (Day 4). I really enjoyed working with the resistance bands and the stability ball. I haven't touched either of them in so long! I hope to make them more a part of my routine emoticon

I did the 20 minute seated resistance band video and really enjoyed it. It includes upper body, core, and lower body and works well for me due to knee problems.

I also did the crunchless core abs video and loved it!!! It was tough but I did most of it and it kicked my butt (or should I say abs) into gear!!! :)
