Just finished the crunchless abs workout, It was hard, but hope it gets easier when my abs get more toned.

Way to go on adding you workout. I did the lower body stretching because my legs are sore. It stems from cartilage damage in my knees. Think I may do the 15 cardio tomorrow. Keep up the good work.

I did the crunchless ab workout for my bonus workout. I hope my metabolism is speeding up - would like to see some pounds go away !
