I wanted to stay with lower body so I did the 5 minute stability ball one for butt and quads. Wow - feel the burn.

I did the 12-Minute Pilates Abs Workout it was challenging. I haven't done Pilates in over a year. But I really enjoyed it and would like to add it to my weekly routine!!

I did the 10 minute cardio kickboxing video. I don't think it would be too bad for a beginner although I have to admit that I had some problems following the section with the grapevine.

I chose to do two additional brief videos this morning. The first was a back workout on the stability ball. I tend to neglect that part of my body, and I could feel it! The second video was the beginner ab workout on the stability ball. I wouldn't have classified myself as a *beginner*, but the workout sorta kicked my...abs. I can see I need lots of work here. PLUS, building my core helps me burn lots more calories and fat. I should start to see more results now!

For my week 2 Bonus Video Choice I chose the 15 minute ball workout. It puts a lot of exercises together into this video and it is fun to do.

I chose the 15 minute Ball workout video. I really enjoy working out using a ball. The bummer was that when I added it to my fitness tracker it only added 5 minutes to my fitness minutes. emoticon I think I might try another video for the second time around.

I'm doing the New YOU Day 3 video! Another upper arm video, because, as explained in my blog, my upper arms are SO WEAK AND SCRAWNY. :( Since today in bootcamp for me was upper arms, I've decided to up the challenge and do some of those same exercises using my stability ball at coach Nicole's tutelage!

My bonus video is the 10 minutes cardio jump (where you put a line on the ground and do tons of different jumps, very high impact. I have to do modifications because I get out of breath, but I love the challenge and by the time the 28 days is over I WILL do that video without mods or stopping!!

I completed the 10 minute kickboxing cardio for my bonus workout. I did it twice back to back just to get a longer cardio. It was a lot of fun and went by quickly. emoticon
