My "Bonus" was the 10-min. crunchless core video. Wow - am I out of shape!!! Actually, my house if full of stuff and it is very difficult to even find a little spot to do these videos (cleaning out parent's home)...
This was a GREAT video and I hope to do it again later this week. I also did the Day 3 Toning video today and walked for an hr at 140 bpm so was able to get my heart beat up to 60 bpm. DONE!!

I did the 6 minute butt workout after taking a walk on the very icy/slushy road near my house (which is very unusual for us southern girls) that sure worked my legs. I think I may add the cardio kickboxing workout tomorrow.

My bonus video was the 15 minute core workout. I did that yesterday, today my abs hurt like crazy.

I am keeping with the cardio 5 times per week, hope to hit 20 miles running outside.

I did 2 Kick-boxing videos, the one with the New-You Bootcamp (Day 1) and the Kick-boxing Workout, along with Day 1 cardio workout from this bootcamp. I plan on doing these videos for my 30 minutes cardio each day this week.

I did the 20 min dumbbell one right after doing day 1 and boy am I tired. I can hardly bend to do the squats and lunges.. but I tried and am proud of my efforts.

I got my 2 extra workouts done today & yesterday.
Yesterday I added Butt Blasting Workout and today I added the 7 minutes Upper Body Resistance Band Workout. I figured I should ramp it up on those body areas the designated day workout focuses on.

Feeling good. May add another one just for GRINS this week, we will see.
