I just finished the crunchless ab workout and wow! It was very difficult, but I felt like my abs got a really good workout.
I am going to do the kickboxing workout next to help burn those extra calories I indulged in today.

I did the kickboxing one, mostly because I thought it would be fun and a nice change of pace. And it's a pretty good workout without having to do a lot of jumping, which I'm not allowed to do.

My bonus video was the 10 minute jump rope workout. BOY! Did it ever get my blood pumping! I have bad feet, so I modified it, but it still did the trick for a quick cardio blast!

Now on to Week 3!

you go girl be happy, sassy, along with that pretty face, You are as cute as a button. Don't beat yourself up over the past live in the present and prepare for the future. I've been told I was my worse enemy. I'm still very heard on my self. I hate what I have become a fat sick old grumpy lady. I'll race you for the most weight loss between the 2 of us. I just did the crunchless abs video and boy my back is about done for today. Some of those exercises were the ones that my doctor says will strengthen my back and can I feel it through my body. I'll have to soak in epson salts tonight. I can still do my chair danceing without much pain.

I'm really in week three now, but i was physically unable last week to do the extra videos. I woke up today feeling so much better, so I did Spark People 6-Minute Hips, Glutes & Thighs Video and 6 minute Butt Blaster as my extra videos. I'm going to do them again for week three also.

how come I couldn't do a first day exercises this Sunday I started on Sunday Last week.
However shake me up baby. I'm loving the energy I have gotten back although my back is giving me fits I don't plain on giving in to it this time. I need to get my back strengthened. I was at the doctors Friday and he said he wanted me to eat a bow of fruit for breakfast so I also started that today I had a 1/4cup prunes, a small apple, and a boiled egg. Did this give me enough Vitamins, Minerals, and fiber for my day. emoticon O I forgot to tell you that I have a chair dance I do while watching TV, playing games on the computer and I dance the whole time I do my chores emoticon

been enjoying week 1 so much I forgot to move on to week two! So tried the upper body stretch one today, the chiropractor says I am too tight in the shoulders and stretching will do wonders....so adding that one to the day now! Plan to pick a few more throughout the week, the foam roller looks interesting for sure!

Yes, tell me about it. The kickboxing challenge had me so tired before, I even completed the whole workout. The jumping jacks are killer. I am going to hang in there, want to lose at least 20 - 25 pounds by July. My family reunion is in August. Keep up the good work.

I am on the journey too lose 45 pounds. I know it will be an uphill road. I am determined to hang in their.

I chose the Day 3 New YOU Bootcamp video for my bonus video because I've injured my knee and wanted the extra time to concentrate on my upper body. It was a good workout; I like stability ball exercises.
