Monday I did the Flexibility: Calf and Ankle Stretching. Today I did the 10-Minute Pilates Thigh Workout. Both are great. I am thinking of trying all the videos once I have all the equipment.
I had gained 5 pounds over the holidays. Yesterday was weigh-in day and I lost all 5 pounds. I am back on track and moving forward.

work and school cancelled for me today so started my day off with week two day 4 workout and 30 minutes of aerobics! Feeling like I already have so much accomplished for the day - going to enjoy the day off with all this extra time to study!!! Have a great day everyone!

Just finished wk 2 day 3 video. I'm still feeling really good. I need to track my food better though. And I knocked off a couple pounds the first week, so I'm happy about that. Will probably do the bonus video tomorrow.

Just starting week two. Week one went well, I lost 2.5 pounds. My bonus video will be kickboxing. I am not so good at tracking what I eat, so that will be a challenge.

I'm on week 2 day 4 and I'm missing workout videos here and there, doubling up on the following day. Bummer. Week 1 was great! 4.2 pounds lost, but that's coming off of the holidays. Tracking nutrition is going very well, will go even better after I get to the grocery store. Tonight I should be home earlier to try one of the challenge videos! emoticon

I LOVE MY MORNING EXERCISE AFTER A HEALHY BREAKFAST STARTS THE DAY OUT RIGHT AND FOR ME BEING SO BUSY THAT WAY THEY ARE ALL DONE AND NO EXCUSES. DOING THE CHALLENGES AS THEY COME UP AS WELL.

emoticon Week 1 completely successful and just what I needed to get back in the game after not having worked out since last July. Sure does feel good!

emoticon Now onto Week 2. I chose a bootcamp video (day 2) using the exercise ball. It was awesome. The stretches felt amazing and it was my first workout using an exercise ball. I'm thinking what have I been missing!

Great job everybody. Wishing you a successful Bootcamp Week!

It just depends on your start day. I started Jan 1 so my days may be different than yours - that's totally acceptable. You shouldn't have to catch up at all. I know the schedule shows recommended cardio days but mine are different because of my work schedule. This is your life - it works best when this activity fits in your day to day life. Enjoy the workouts & every healthy benefit it gives you!

Day 1 of week 2 for me. I forgot to read this weeks challenge and realized after reading the posts we should add a bonus video two times this week. Sooooo tomorrow I will pick one. I think a ball workout as I haven't done any of those yet. Tracking food is something I have been doing again recently. It has been a real wakeup call as to where the extra calories are coming from! But most days was within range.

Can I ask a very silly question? What day is today? (Monday) - am I on Day 1 of the week or Day 2? I can play catch up if I have to - I am doing the videos once a day, and cardio M-F. I count Mondays as Day 1, however, and thought Sunday was Day 7.

I'm confused.

Week 2, Day one. I could already tell a difference. Now, I still don't get those scissor-type thingies with one leg back and one forward. I just get my body to work like that yet. I'll get there.

10-Min Stretching Routine for Runners for me today. It felt really good after the video emoticon , my 15 minute bike emoticon , and 24 minute run/walk emoticon . Now I'm just tired! emoticon

I worked out at the gym today; 60 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strength training. I also did the 10-minute crunchless core video workout.

Week 2 Day 2 Done! 35 mins. walking/jogging on the treadmill, which decided to remain stuck at a 5.0 incline!!! Will be feeling that in the morning! So, if it's stuck at a 5.0 incline is it considered broken or just giving me a more challenging workout?! Not sure I will be fixing it...it is 15 years old...got my money's worth out of it! Where is spring, so I can get outside?!

Yeah, I made it to week 2 and doing pretty good. I'm doing the toning and cardio exercises and am feeling better for it. Moving and sweating makes me feel so good - I hate that I ever stopped. Now to remember that feeling when I don't want to crawl out of bed early to exercise.

I tracked my food and did the 10 min.video for today 2X as well 30 min low impact video.There is too much snow and cold weather to even go outside.I am glad for this program to keep me exercising in the comfort of my home.

The extra video I did today was the 10-minute Cardio Kick-Boxing video. I had just finished a Tae Bo video for my 30 min cardio so I found it appropriate. I found myself going faster than Coach Nicole on some of the sets because I was already wormed up from the Tae Bo!! Ha! emoticon

Finished week 2, day 3 video, then did my bonus, which I chose the stretching for runners since I did my C25K training today for cardio. I needed the extra stretching today.

I did two bonus videos - The 10 minute kickboxing and 10 minute cardio jumpstart for bonus and I did the day 1 bootcamp cardio to get in my 30 minutes of cardio today. They are all challenging in their own ways. I remembered to stop for a water break between videos. Go me!

Today is my first day of week two. After videos 6 and 7 I am Anxiously awaiting the first of this weeks exercises. I already journal my food intake. It does help me see what is going on and sometimes help keep me from eating too much. I think it would be more effective for me if I filled it out every time I ate rather than once or twice a day when I get to it.
Love this challenge.
