I'm proud to have completed week 1 of this challenge! The videos are short but they're HARD! I've had to do some of the modifications, but I've stayed strong. Cardio workouts this week included hiking, walk/jog intervals (C25K training), Disney cardio dance, and kayaking. I'm ready for Week 2!
