28 Day Boot Camp Video - Day 7
No cardio today

I enjoyed the bootcamp video today. I was feeling the burn in my abs. It had been a long time since I had done crunches and it actually felt good.

Day 6: Saturday, 5/25/19

I didn't do the Bootcamp challe5nge or the scheduled cardio. However, I did a lot of exercise working around the house. I had a very productive day and moved furniture around. I also hauled furniture to the trash can. It was a lot and I'm sure I burned a lot of calories lol. So I skipped the scheduled exercises for today.

28 Day Boot Camp Video - Day 5
15 Minute Cardio Workout

The 15 minute cardio was great. I had a bit of trouble again with the boot camp video. I did the most I could and was able to complete it.

Day 4: Thursday, 5/23/19

28 Day Bootcamp Day 4 Video
15 Minute Cardio Walk - Gentle

So proud of myself! Today* I didn't want to work out, I was exhausted. But I wasn't going to stop now. I did a Gentle Cardio Walk that still kicked my butt lol. It incorporated a lot of muscle movements that helped it to be an effective but quick workout. I was able to complete the full Day 4 Bootcamp video, oh wait except for the plank, my arms aren't there yet lol.

(Didn't submit my notes on here until 5/24 but my day 4 was on 5/23)

Day 3: Wednesday, 5/22/19

Bootcamp Day 3 - 7 Minute Video
15 Minute Mile / Walk At Home Exercise Video (Brisk)

I had a hard time with the video today when it came to two exercises. I realized I am not able to do a push up! I hadn't tried to do one in years. I could do the modified ones with no problem but then I tried to do one normally and couldn't (For Now). I have a long way to go but steady wins the race. I didn't feel like working out today, I got home from work and I wanted to watch TV, read a book in bed and keep it chill but I did it anyways. My son joined me in exercising today, he did both the cardio and strength training as well.

Day 2: Tuesday, 5/21/19

28 Boot Camp Day 2 Lower Body Tone Video (10 minutes)
Walk at Home 15 Minute/1 Mile
10 Minute walk after work

The 15 Minute Mile was easy. The cardio was supposed to be for 30 minutes but in total I did 25 minutes of cardio and the 10 minute tone up video. The Bootcamp video was a bit hard on my knees at first but I was able to do it all.

Day 1: Monday, 5/20/19

Did the 10 minute video and needed to modify it A LOT! Some of the exercises were a bit too advanced for me so I did some walking in place and a few different exercises I have learned through out. I was able to complete the 10 minutes and was winded but very proud of myself.
