Just joined the challenge tonight. Hoping to keep myself motivated by having the accountability. I have already gone to the gym today and met with my trainer. I will get in the cardio part of exercise tonight!! emoticon

Woke up early this morning to get in the day 2 video...MUCH easier than yesterday's video! Now I just need to fit in the 30 minutes of cardio at some point! Probably won't get that in before work...but will do that this evening!

I'm not losing weight, I'm getting rid of it. I have no intention of finding it again.

Day 1--New to this challenge and team, but I enjoy these with accountability.
Hard to keep up with that kick-boxing video, but I did keep moving.
Day 2--liked the lower-body work; I need that. Not yet a habit, but 2 days towards that.
Day 3--did video 2x since needed 10 min. toning/strengthening for a challenge. I liked the video.
Day 4--did the video but I HATE floor work; I guess I need to start liking it
Day 5--did the video--even though floor work; still not liking it but see the necessity of it
Day 6--liked today's video; need the arm/back work
Day 7--finished week 1!

I just started today, did the day one video, as well as 2 extra video for a little more push! Plan on doing at least one of the videos each day...combine that with healthier eating!

I'm not losing weight, I'm getting rid of it. I have no intention of finding it again.

I want to eat healthier and be more physically active. I want to just feel better about myself overall. I need to lose about 60 lbs. But just taking one day at a time. Good luck to everyone in this challenge and achieving their goals. emoticon

I am still working out exercising and eating healthy. My plan is to lose 30 lbs. by August 31th my birthday so far I have 3 weeks to reach my goal and I am not giviing up, I'll get as close as I can to my goal.

I want to get to 155 lbs and be lean and fit with muscles instead of fat.

I want to be able to live longer and healthier. As a person with many disabilities my quality of life is so much better as I lose weight and gain muscle for strength.

A few months ago I could barely lift my granddaughter and it was painful for me. Now I can do curls with her as my weight and she laughs and loves it!

Thank you Lord for being with me every step of the way. I am nothing without you and I will keep my trust in you Lord!

My intention is to get back on track. My goal for this first week (Aug 5-11, 2014) is to complete all the workouts in the challenge. I am aiming for the full strength wo, a full 10 mins cardio each scheduled session, and to log in daily to the 28-day Bootcamp WO Challenge message board.

I am heading home today from a vacation where I met my 4 th grandchild. I will still have the rest of the week off and plan to get in the habit of ST regularly. By joining this boot camp I hope to build the habit, 10 minutes at a time. emoticon I find I enjoy cardio so it is easy to fit in, ST, not so much...

Week 1, Day 2 completed!

I had to do day 1 and 2 both today to get back on schedule. I was overtired yesterday, actually last night and needed to get caught up on sleep but I am caught up now today, including plenty of cardio too.

This week my goal is to JUST GET MOVING! 5-6 days this week I will try to do at least 30 minutes of exercise. And...working at eliminating any type of sugar from my diet!!

I took this challenge to help motivate me and keep me accountable to actually exercise more. My goal is to just get back into to routine of regular exercise....like I used to do! And, I want to reap the benefits of more energy, better flexibility, better health....and maybe the added goal of getting rid of those last 5 pesky pounds!!

I just started the Bootcamp this AM!! My friend started last week so we're shooting for 4 weeks in a row! That's (1) goal.... my other is to kick start my attitude and weight loss. My 40th b-day was 2.5 weeks ago and I have celebrated for 2.5 weeks! emoticon

try a new exercise

Sticking with this program through the end. I am infamous for starting off great and failing to finish.

Starting over today! Week 1 goals
