well, I have been on a eating trend....I have gain some of my weight back that I have lost...my goals is to lose the weight that I have gain back and plus some more...and eat smaller meals and to eat snacks during the day so I will not be sooooo hungry when dinner time comes

I signed up yesterday as part of my Spark Coach morning routine. & promptly forgot about it today until I opened up my e-mail. UGH. But, I'm going to keep my commitments. So.....My bootcamp goal is to honor my commitment and finish the 28 Day Program. Most importantly I want to Build strength. Nervous about overwhelming myself with too many commitments and scrapping it all.

We can do it!!! If God is With us, Who can be against us?

My goal for my first week was to stay within my calories and workout 3-4 times this week. So far a success, I've worked out three times already this week, not counting steps and I'll be working out again tomorrow. The only thing I wasn't 100% on was logging my food. Will be more on point week 2

The great thing about messing up today is that you get a Do-over tomorrow!

Like most other people my goal is to stay under my calorie allocation and stick with the exercise for the whole 7 days - oh and drink more water!!

I find the videos good - although not enough longer cardio ones so have ventured onto You Tube but don't know how many calories I've burned afterwards...any ideas?

I would just go for a jog but its dark when I go to work and dark when I get home so that's out of the question at this time of year...roll on the weekend emoticon

I fell off this challenge for a few weeks, so time to get back into it! My goals for this week:
Wake up on time and do one of the videos
30-minutes combo of walking at lunch, hitting the punching bag, and jogging in place while watching tv.
8 glasses of water daily

It doesn't matter how slow you go, as long as you're moving.

I've been working on drinking enough water for a few weeks and have just about got that settled as a habit, so this week I'm going to add daily nutritional tracking to my tasks. I'm not super concerned (beyond my general goal of eating healthy and reasonable portions) with sticking to an extreme diet plan right now, just monitoring what I eat for a few weeks so I can get an idea of where I can change to improve it.

My goal for the week is to try and actually stick with the routine for the first week! I have a tendency to start something and do great for about 3 days before completely falling off the wagon. But with 10 minute workout videos and only about half hour of cardio I think I may be able to do it!

My Goal this week is jump-start my fitness plan, but not get burned out! I plan to drink the recommended amount of water everyday and to exercise at least 10 minutes everyday (doing one of the videos of course!)
