I would forgive yourself, and move on!

A few days into week one. It has been a decent week. I am doing 30 mins of cardio every other day (so far) and since I am on the mend (sprained wrist) I am taking it slow in weights, about 20 mins every other day. Walking in between workout days. I am talking way below my usual as I am gaining strength slowly. My diet has been the bad part, skipped meals and I blew about 900 calories on breakfast today. But I have to say my choices are getting better, even if I do blow it once in a while...

....getting back on track!

TENS_GIRL75, I'm so with you it's when I try to be 100% on all the time it lasts for like a minute and then I'm back where I started no better for trying. I'm hoping to keep up my walking and adding 1 10 minute video a day, which is totally easy to do. So good luck to you all!

I've started this challenge in hopes that it motivates me to get back on track after being "off-track" for awhile. My goals this week are to exercise everyday and add as much cardio as I can (up to 30 minutes).

Hi I'm new here and beginning the Bootcamp Workout Challenge tomorrow.

I have approximately 15 pounds I'd like to lose and am hoping this challenge will keep me motivated and accountable to reach that goal. I will be doing the 10 minute toning videos and 5 days of aerobic exercise at 20 minutes to start. emoticon emoticon emoticon

I look forward to getting to know you all and sharing my experiences and reading yours emoticon emoticon

I am starting this in the hopes that it will help me get back to where I used to be physically.

I was diagnosed with Graves Disease in April, and before that I had definitely noticed the symptoms in the preceding months: hair loss, fatigue, tremors. I am on maintenance medication now, but this has definitely taken its toll on my body. It seems as if all of my muscle mass has disappeared.

Hopefully getting back into the routine of working out will help me to strengthen up my body again. I'm looking to compete in a 5K at the end of September. I used to run 10K and 15K races all the time, but now I will just be happy to finish a short one.

So my goals for this week are:
1. Doing the workout videos everyday.
2. Riding my bike for at least 45 minutes.
3. Definitely hydrate better.

My main reason for participating in this 28 Day challenge is to stay accountable - to me, to my wellness, to those who depend on me.

Just finishing a BLC22 round in which I didn't lose as much weight as desired but I did re-focus my efforts around a healthy lifestyle inlcuding nutrition and fitness.

Need not to lose that focus. . .need to continue to strengthen my body so I may shift about under my own steam. . .and, maybe, drop a few lbs in the process !

My Goals:
~Complete one of 10-min toning video each day - at least one time but push for three times
~Increase my ST from 2x/Week to 4x/Week
~Increase my Cardio from 3x/Week to 5x/Week
~Improve my Tracking - I keep it in a paper journal - need to take time to enter here

Those goals are similar to mine, just finished day 3 bc video and need to do my cardio component. For that I swam yesterday for 15mins, I plan to do 2-3 of the SP 5k your way and the other days a SP dvd of some sort. Off to the gym in a bit for some treadmill/elliptical time! I also plan on trying to get double the water in me...usually its around 3 cups. New goal is 6! emoticon
