I have gotten in cardio every day and have the first 4 videos done! Day 3 cardio was the hardest, but then today, I was able to do 2 miles at 16 mph, my personal best.

I did this challenge before however never finished it so thought I would try again. I just finished 10 minute work out one.. Defintely can not do last 2 exercises... yet but gave it a bit of a try befoe I modified it.Also had to modify jumping Jacks.. little too much for me. See where I ma at the end of this.

Since I am in the high risk group with the virus that is going around have decided to stay out of the gym for now since i was their 4 days the first week of March 2 though the 6 hardly anyone wiped the things they used! I was whipping it down before and after so going to join booth and work out at home.

I want to get back into the habit of exercising after having a couple of health related setbacks. I believe that working out will help improve my future health. I will do a daily video workout and 5 30 minute cardio workouts- mostly swimming and walking.

My goal for the first week is to watch the daily toning video and to do 5 cardio sessions by walking outside or doing a Leslie Sansome Walking Tape for 10 - 20 minutes. I'm still struggling with how to structure my exercise time, so I'm hoping the next 28 days will help me come up with a daily exercise schedule.

I am still on week 1, because I am taking my time here. I only do the exercises every two or three days. I am 75, and don't want to push myself too fast. I also am somewhat limited in what I can do, since I have had both hips replaced. I will get there, though. If not in 28 days, then in my own time.

My goals are not just to loose weight, but to feel better. In the past, I had lost 117 pounds. Two years ago, I had broken (busted) my foot and need foot surgery. Since then I have not been able to get back into running. The pain in my foot eventually let to knee pain. I began dieting again and was loosing what I had gained and then had to have a hysterectomy. The hormone replacement has not done any favors for me with weight gain. I have gained 50 of that 117 back. Because of that, I have been battling with depression. I am now off the hormones and eating better and setting small goals for myself, but I don't feel well. I am sure it is because of the set back and being aggravated with myself and the choices I have been making when it comes to food. I'm in the mindset to move forward not and I am ready to get this started.

I will start my training tomorrow, Sunday. I'm still recovering from a long trip, so will only do some walking today - in small increments. I hope to have lost 2 lbs by next Saturday, and to have completed all the videos for this week.

I need some encouragement. My DH could care less about my fitness, so long as I can wait hand and foot on him. I'm doing this for ME!

My primary goal is to build my strength back up. I have been on SP for almost 3 years and did great with strength training at first. Lately, I have slacked off. I do lots of walking/jogging so do okay with cardio. I can tell I have lost some of the strength I gained at first. I like that these videos are short and will be a good way to build strength back up slowly. I'm ready to start.

Week 1 Goal:
Do 1 Boot Camp Video daily
Do at least 30 minutes of cardio daily
Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily
Track all food & exercise daily

Finished week 1 day 1. I have to do nearly no-impact movements because of very bad knees (4 surgeries, trying to avoid joint replacement, which is why I have to lose weight and get in shape). Had to modify the jumping jacks, mountain climbers and one other. Used my sliders on the mountain climbers and the other one. Did the suggested mod. of jumping jacks with much more arm movement and as fast as I could go.

Hi all, I'm her to get back into the habit of exercise. I actually like exercise and used to lift weights regularly but I've somehow gotten out of the habit and I'm looking for a way back in. So really my goal is to just follow the plan every day despite all the distractions going on around me.
