Congrats on finishing Week 1! It sounds to me like you're on the right track. Eating non-processed foods and regular exercise really helps make you feel good, don't they?

Hi all!

I did week 1, so good so far! Today I'm pretty weak feeling for some reason, could be because i only got 5.5 hrs since i had to get up for appointment early and i work late so can't sleep right away. But i still managed to get 30 min. of exercises in, didn't meet my min. calorie fitness goal a day but that's okay, any little bit of exercise will help.

I've been trying to eat healthier by cooking a few things, I'm pretty picky so just gotta find right things as I like things can make fast. I lost a couple lbs in a week with the intense working out each day, be nice if can always be that successful as I know weight fluctuates within a couple lbs each day so the weekly weigh in is better I find than looking daily, but when I do my wii fitness games they have me weigh in and sometimes gain so I guess i prefer the weekly weigh in instead.

I do feel more refreshed with non-processed foods. I'm not sure if that's why my body most days except today feeling better, before I was sick a lot so not sure if by changing way I ate helped but feeling good and not sick, I guess getting bad food toxins out is always a plus and starting to drink water as rarely drank it before,
